Cet article présentera des études de cas de projets de recherche action collaborative sur l’adaptation aux changements climatiques, à l’érosion et à l’augmentation du niveau de la mer dans des communautés côtières et riveraines du Nouveau-Brunswick. Ces communautés sont Bathurst/Bayshore, Shippagan, Le Goulet, Cocagne, Grand-Digue, Shediac et Perth-Andover. Les projets ont été menés par des chercheurs de l’université de Moncton en collaboration avec ceux d’autres institutions, en adoptant une approche de recherche-action participative. L’analyse des études de cas met en évidence l’importance de la participation des communautés dans l’élaboration de stratégies d’adaptation et d’identifier certains thèmes récurrents dans le corpus empirique.
