Abstract
En partant de la notion de compétence collective telle que théorisée par les travaux des chercheurs français et québécois, cet article de synthèse propose de les prolonger et de les approfondir, à l’aide des travaux internationaux en communication organisationnelle et de ceux issus du tournant pratique en organisations. Sur ces bases, ce papier discute des pistes de recherche visant à mieux comprendre les dynamiques de production, de transformation et de soutien de la compétence collective. Finalement, cet article de synthèse propose une définition intégrative de la compétence collective, identifie des pistes concrètes de recherches futures et des implications méthodologiques, et enfin souligne l’intérêt d’une telle approche pour étudier la compétence collective à différents niveaux des organisations.
