[international] Au Québec, des fusions successives ont mené à la création de Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec, une société d’État fondée sur la mutualisation de ressources et de compétences en bibliothéconomie et en archivistique. Les citoyens bénéficient depuis d’un guichet unique qui leur donne accès au patrimoine documentaire québécois ainsi qu’aux services d’une grande bibliothèque publique.
