Abstract
El 16 de septiembre de 2015 la Comision europea publico un proyecto detallado de propuestas para el capitulo sobre inversiones destinado al futuro Acuerdo sobre Libre Comercio entre la Union Europea y Estados Unidos. Estas propuestas son muy similares a las incluidas en los textos ya negociados de los Acuerdos de Libre Comercio con Canada y Singapur. Sin embargo, la Comision europea incorpora tambien nuevas cuestiones. La mas importante modificacion es la propuesta para establecer un nuevo sistema de resolucion de controversias inversor-Estado. Esta propuesta marca el fin del actual mecanismo de arbitraje de inversiones y supone la creacion de un tribunal internacional de inversiones.
