Abstract
A proposal is presented by the author in collaboration with artist Vallalee Hoffman that is awarded to work with the community to produce four glass and ceramic tile mosaic works for the four Newton facilities of the Wave Pool, Recreation Centre, Seniors' Centre and Youth Centre. Approximately 100 participants were involved in aspects of the project and the project artists led the groups in defining themes. Newton is in Vancouver, Canada.
