La représentation de la nourriture et des manières de table dans la littérature médiévale, notamment dans les récits épiques et romanesques, est un territoire déjà largement exploré. De ces explorations se dégagent un certain nombre d’acquis d’où nous partirons pour voir comment se module dans les textes, la récurrence des situations narratives qui conduisent à l’évocation des scènes de repas.
