Abstract
Modern theories does not explain all the phenomena of occurrence of ozone holes after the implementation of the Montreal It means the need to find adequate climate concept. subject of my study is hydrogen hypothesis of ozone layer depletion, which originated in Russia 25 years ago. For this purpose, I use the historical-genetic and geological research methods, as well as system and discourse analysis. theory of ozone depletion is based on the phenomenon of deep hydrogen degassing deduced from experiments, i.e. it based on spontaneous release of hydrogen from the Earth's core. is ozone-depletion gas, reaction with ozone is cyclical, and the hydroxyl molecule is a catalyst for the hydrogen cycle. Emissions of hydrogen easier to achieve stratospheric heights, where react with nitrogen forming water, which, turning to ice, forms the nacreous clouds in the stratosphere and noctilucent clouds in the mesosphere. On maps of total ozone (TO) and anomalies of TO fields, tectonic structure of the is appearing, so such method can be used for studying the deep structure of our planet. Knowledge of the spatial arrangement of the centers of the hydrogen degassing allows predicting the places of possible occurrence of ozone anomalies. study of temporal patterns of hydrogen degassing is the key to prediction the time of ozone depletion. Hypothesis about the possibility of the ozone layer destruction due to emissions of deep hydrogen was expressed for the first time in 1990. For 25 years, this hypothesis has become a well-developed, confirmed experimentally theory that has proven prognostic features: projections of possible locations ozone anomalies have been repeatedly published and these forecasts were coming true every time. theory can explain any of the thousands of accumulated total ozone maps and anomalies in the planetary field of TO. theory is the inevitable alternative to Freon hypothesis that underlies the Montreal Protocol, which is completely, discredited itself in 28 years from the date of its signing. theory from the outset attracted media attention and has become well known for a quarter century. In the 1990s, it has been supported by public authorities, many members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, but in the summer of 2000, tis theory was rejected by the Government of Kasyanov, who accepted the terms of the Montreal Protocol and eliminated the last enterprises for CFCs production in Russia. ozone anomalies; weather anomalies; Montreal Protocol; Kyoto Protocol; global warming; ozone layer; deep degassing; hydrogen Adushkin V.V., Kudryavtsev V.P., Khazins V.M.
