Abstract
À partir d’une enquête vidéo-ethnographique du service client web d’un opérateur de téléphonie mobile, l'auteure explore le travail des webconseillers et les transformations de la relation aux clients liées à l’introduction de la notion de « communauté de marque ». Dans une perspective praxéologique cette notion est analysée comme un accomplissement pratique dans les activités — d’écriture et de coopération — des professionnels dont le travail est de fabriquer, de développer et d’animer des « communautés numériques de clients ». L'auteure articule sociologie des usages d’internet et sociologie du travail pour observer la performativité de la notion de « communauté de marque » en milieu organisationnel, notamment l’émergence d’un modèle coopératif de relation aux clients.
