Abstract
Programme booklet of an event featuring 18 artists from Canada and elsewhere, on the theme of the agri-food industry – an important part of the regional economy of Saint-Hyacinthe. Following an introduction of the event’s objectives, the three curators describe each art work briefly, focusing on the diversity of techniques and approaches used to explore the theme. Includes information on satellite activities (talks, debates, theatre rally…) and maps of the site and the city. Biographical notes on curators and guest speakers; brief information on the artists. Texts in French and English.
