L'informatique juridique documentaire est confrontee a de nombreux mouvements qui visent a proposer a l'usager des bases de donnees electroniques, principalement des juristes, de nouveaux produits dans le but d'ameliorer les liens entre documents juridiques. Le developpement de l'interoperabilite, realite aux Etats-Unis et au Canada, se manifeste modestement en France, malgre la presence de projets pleinement aboutis dans d'autres matieres des sciences humaines et sociales. Ce memoire vise ainsi a demontrer que le droit applicable en France est interoperable. Puis, au vu des conclusions d'un benchmark entre les bases de donnees juridiques, l'auteur propose trois scenarii afin de permettre l'amelioration de la consultation et l'accessibilite du droit.
