Abstract
January2010 the Premier of Ontario announced the province was introducing full-daykindergarten as of September 2010.The transition would be over a five year period with 39 schools phasingin full-day learning for four and five year olds at the start of the 2010-2011school year. What is full-daykindergarten? Miller (2005)provides a clear explanation: "Afull-day kindergarten program is a program in which a child attends school eachweekday for approximately six hours. Two other types of programs are half-daykindergarten programs, in which the child attends school each weekday for 2½-3hours in either the morning or the afternoon, and alternate-day kindergartenprograms, in which the child attends school every other weekday" (p.1). Up to this point in time, thelattertwo types of programs were operating in the province of Ontario. So, why the change?

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
