Abstract
Identifying the causes of natural disasters and anomalies is a major problem both scientifically and socially. Based on ozone layer daily monitoring and using system, comparative and discourse analysis, I review media reports on weather anomalies in comparison with total ozone maps. I show modern explanation of natural anomalies are absurd and inconclusive. Thus, according to Russian meteorologists, cold cyclone with the center in Kara Sea has brought anomalous cold in Russian North. Explanation of anomalous cold weather by the fact that the north of European Russia was hit by rear part of this cyclone (there is no other option in the arsenal of modern meteorology) is an example of such inconclusive arguments. In July, when the snow fell in Vorkuta, the air over the Kara Sea was warmer than on the coast. real reason for cold weather was a high concentration of ozone. To the south and southwest of the ozone positive anomalies, situation remained unchanged, and threats (heatwave and associated with the situation wildfires) also did not changed. Moreover, it turns out that both the cold and heat wave in Moscow in July and August, meteorologists explain by the appearance of the northern air masses (?!). In my article, I prove the main cause of the weather (and climate) anomalies is the fluctuations of the ozone total quantity (total ozone) in the atmosphere. These fluctuations are caused by (i) emission of the deep gases (hydrogen and methane), which destruct ozone, and (ii) variations of the geomagnetic field, which increase the concentration of ozone. positive ozone anomalies cool the troposphere and create anti-cyclones, dry, heavy and slow moving air masses. negative anomalies warm up the air and create the cyclonic masses with law pressure. nearest anticyclones could move to that area bringing with them the anomalous temperatures, sometimes very high and sometimes very law. Analysis of information on weather anomalies on the territory of Eurasia and Japan allowed me to once again demonstrate the correctness of the hypothesis of deep degassing as the cause of destruction of the ozone layer. weather (climate) anomaly; anomalies of ozone; ozone layer; total ozone maps; deep degassing; hydrogen; wildfires; origins of wildfirs; heat waves; abnormal chill; Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations Abnormal Sunny Wimbledon. The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
