Abstract
Hamarkada batean lurreko eta urpeko arkeologia ikertu ondoren, informazio ugari dugu euskaldunen eta inuiten bizimoduari buruz, San Lorenzo Golkoko iparraldean. Euskal baleontziak XVI. mendean heldu ziren lehen aldiz Hare Harbor-era. XVII. mendearen amaierarako, enklabea bakailaoa arrantzatzera didakatzen zen eta, gainera, iketza produzitzen zuen zentro bat zuen, euskaldunen eta inuiten artean gobernatua. Golkoan 1600 urtetik aurrera euskaldunek zuten aktibitatearen gaineko dokumentazioa eskaintzeaz gain, Hare Harbor enklaberik zaharrena zen, inuiten eta europarren arteko lankidetza ekonomikoaren lekukoa.
