Abstract
La presente etude vise a documenter l'evolution des taux de recrutement, des taux de cessation d'emploi et des taux de redistribution des travailleurs de la fin des annees 70 a la fin de la premiere decennie des annees 2000. Elle vise aussi a determiner comment le rythme de redistribution de la main d'oeuvre a varie selon l'industrie, la taille de l'entreprise, la province, le groupe d'age et le niveau de scolarite pendant les annees 2000.
