Abstract
目的对Alberta婴儿运动量表(AIMS)在0-18个月早产儿、高危儿运动发育中的应用体会进行探讨分析。方法 58例早产儿和45例高危儿作为研究对象,并选择同期在本院出生的65例正常出生儿作为对照组,对所有研究对象均运用Alberta婴儿运动量表进行运动发育的评估并比较。结果训练后,早产儿组、危重儿组和正常出生儿组的AIMA评分进行对比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论运用Alberta婴儿运动量表对0-18个月早产儿、高危儿的运动发育情况进行评定,能够准确进行筛查和评估,可临床广泛应用。
