한국항공우주연구원에서 개발 중인 스마트 무인기는 Pratt&Whitney Canada 사의 PW206C 터보 축 엔진을 주 추진기관으로 사용한다. 엔진의 전자식 제어기 개발을 위해서는 비선형 특성 분석이 중요하며 이를 위해 천이해석 프로그램을 통해 다양한 운용환경에서의 동적 거동 특성을 분석해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 엔진 제작사에서 제공한 천이해석 프로그램을 분석하고 스마트 무인기용 터보 축 엔진의 비행시험 데이터와 비교하였다. 비행시험 데이터 분석을 통한 스마트 무인기 엔진의 특성을 프로그램에 반영하고, 프로그램의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 비행시험 데이터 및 정상상태 성능예측프로그램 결과와 비교하였다.
