No presente trabalho abordamos o desenvolvimento de uma plataforma mobile vocacionada a gestão de problemas no campus universitário da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco. Para tanto, optamos por um estudo qualitativo, de cariz empírico descritivo, suportado pela Metodologia de Desenvolvimento de um Protótipo. O estudo decorreu de Fevereiro de 2014 a Fevereiro de 2015.
