Abstract
Este Plano de Negócios foi desenvolvido com o intuito de analisar a viabilidade de se produzir e comercializar bolinhos de mandioca recheados de queijo e carne seca no Distrito Federal e entorno.Para se chegar aos dados necessários, a fim de se avaliar a viabilidade ou não de implantação, foi procedido um levantamento do comportamento dos consumidores junto à Perdigão, empresa concorrente neste segmento, além do auxílio da Consultoria do SEBRAE.Após serem analisados os índices de rentabilidade, chegou-se à conclusão de que não é viável a instalação de uma empresa nos moldes propostos em decorrência dos custos fixos elevados, que afetariam a lucratividade da Kitutes Brasileiros Ltda.-ME.Uma empresa nova, para competir com uma empresa que já vem atuando no mercado há muito tempo e que produz em alta escala, tem que entrar no mercado com preços agressivos e com um produto
