Abstract
El presente articulo analiza el desarrollo del Modulo de Derecho de Familia de NACLE y sus implicaciones en la ensenanza del derecho. El Modulo Transfronterizo en Derecho de Familia de NACLE ofrece un modelo para integrar derecho internacional y el derecho comparado dentro de los programas curriculares existentes.Using a reflexive approach, this paper analyses the development of the NACLE Family Law Module and its implications for transnational legal education.
