Abstract
Utilise pendant plus de 30 ans, le CF-100 Avro (connu comme le « Clunk »), un intercepteur bimoteur, est une des plus grandes reussites de l’aviation au Canada. Cet avion, le seul chasseur de conception canadienne ayant fait l’objet d’une production en serie, doit etre remplace par le Avro Arrow, mais le contrat est annule en 1958. Un modele 18488 d’un Avro Canada, F-100 Canuck Mk 5 est erige sur un socle dans le Parc du Centenaire a Moncton.
