Abstract
En preambule de cette grande lecon consacree a la Discrimination et a la gestion de l’egalite et de la diversite, le documentaire La lecon de discrimination produit en 2006 par Radio Canada nous invite a prendre conscience de la facilite avec laquelle les comportements discriminants se developpent et les effets qu’ils produisent chez celles et ceux qui en sont victimes. Les reactions des enfants dans cette classe de primaire divisee en deux, sur la base d’un critere arbitraire, illustrent et introduisent l’approche de la discrimination en psychologie sociale abordee dans le premier volet de cette grande lecon. Les 43 minutes de documentaire sont suivies par une interview avec le consultant scientifique du documentaire, Richard Bourhis.
