Abstract
Die durch zunehmende Globalisierung hervorgerufenen Veränderungen in der Arbeitswelt erfassen in den Unternehmen alle Bereiche. Es müssen nicht nur immer schneller neue Produkte auf den Markt, die Kosten gesenkt sowie innovative Lösungen und Organisationsformen gefunden werden. Vielmehr sind in Zeiten instabiler Beschäftigungsverhältnisse, Virtualität und Eigenverantwortung auch neue Wege in der betrieblichen Gesundheitspolitik zu gehen. Zwar haben sich die staatliche Arbeitsschutzpolitik und betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung in den letzten 15 Jahren seit Verabschiedung der Ottawa-Charta den gewandelten Markt- und Produktionsbedingungen angepasst, dennoch treten in der betrieblichen Gesundheitspolitik noch immer erhebliche Defizite auf.Das Ziel der vorliegenden Studie ist es deshalt, zu untersuchen, in wie weit Maßnahmen der betrieblichen Gesundheitsförderung nachhaltig Eingang in das Setting Arbeitswelt gefunden haben sowie zu analysieren, welche Faktoren den Erfolg von Programmen der Gesundheitsförderung aus Sicht der Betriebe bestimmen.
