Abstract

Este artigo buscou evidenciar a reprodução de práticas socioespaciais do modo de vida rural no contexto urbano da cidade de Ponta Grossa – Paraná. Particularmente, o estudo se desenvolve no loteamento Parque Shangrilá, onde verifica-se uma estrutura de microterritorialidades rurais, expressas materialmente em geossímbolos, associados ao usos produtivo e simbólico das terras. Assim, elaborou-se um sistema de tipologias representando a configuração do loteamento e os seus respectivos sujeitos sociais. A pesquisa baseou-se em metodologias da etnopesquisa- baseadas nas abordagens hermenêutica-fenomenológica e cognitivo-acionalista, a fim de interpretar as narrativas sobre a transformação da paisagem e do modos de vida rural frente ao processo de urbanização. Os resultados mostram que no município em questão existem microterritorialidades rurais - destacando as trocas materiais de alimentos e plantas medicinais entre vizinhos - que se imbricam e se hibridizam no e ao modo de vida urbano, ressubjetivando-o. O trabalho também aponta para a necessidade de formular políticas públicas de incentivo à permanência deste modo de vida rural na cidade.
