L’enseignement en équipe au secondaire : des conditions au service de sa pratique

Abstract
C’est dans un souci de mieux-vivre ensemble et de cohérence dans les pratiques enseignantes que s’inscrit cette démarche de recherche. Les enseignants, par la plus récente réforme de l’éducation, sont appelés à travailler davantage de façon collective. En contexte d’enseignement au secondaire, l’enseignement en équipe pourrait représenter une approche novatrice répondant à cette volonté ministérielle. Dans l’intention d’identifier les conditions favorisant l’approche d’enseignement en équipe au secondaire, neuf participants ont été rencontrés. Par une recherche exploratoire dont les données mixtes ont été analysées à l’aide de la Démarche Réflexive d’Analyse en Partenariat (DRAP), un total de 12 conditions externes et 15 conditions internes ont émergé pour conduire à la proposition d’un modèle. Ce texte se veut une occasion de présenter la problématique, le cadre théorique et la démarche méthodologique ayant soutenu la démarche de recherche pour mener aux résultats, lesquels seront présentés en en faisant ressortir certaines conditions incontournables.
