Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This article discusses the legal regime that applies to Mexican Concubines (i.e., a legal notion equivalent to a Common-law wife in the United States) in the civil, labor, social security, criminal, health, etc. and especially in the family law area. The article offers two additional features: first, a section on Mexican case law. This section discusses several decisions rendered by the Supreme Court of Mexico and by Circuit Collegiate Courts on different legal questions pertaining to concubines. And second, the article compares the Mexican law notion of Concubines with similar or equivalent notions in Canada, England, France, Germany and Spain. Finally, this article includes a practical chart which depicts the legal regime of Concubines in Mexico's Federal Civil Code, the Civil Code for the Federal District, and the other 31 State codes.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
