No Canadian affiliation. An affiliation-only frame, the usual design, would never have seen this work. It is one of the works that make the case for inverting the frame.

Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In order to improve ozone generation, a new type of ozonizer is proposed, where a silent discharge and a surface discharge are generated in the separated discharge spaces at the same time. As the applied voltage is increased, the surface discharge begins first from the inner coil electrode; then the silent discharge occurs in the gap between the glass wall and the outer cylindrical electrode. It is observed that the silent discharge is enhanced and ozone generation by the silent discharge increases when the surface discharge on the coil electrode becomes active. The ozone generation is improved up to 110 g/kWh for an N/sub 2/+O/sub 2/ mixture as a material gas and up to 274 g/kWh in oxygen gas.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
