Abstract
Alors que les organisations changent et se complexifient rapidement, les dirigeants doivent contribuer a la transformation des facons de penser et d'agir qui y prevalent. Les theories sur le developpement de l'adulte soutiennent que pour relever ce defi, l'atteinte d'un niveau de conscience postconventionnel serait requis. Cette recherche exploratoire a verifie l'apport possible d'une formation axee sur la pratique de la presence attentive sur ce developpement. Les resultats revelent l'emergence d'une conscience postconventionnelle chez des cadres evalues a des stades conventionnels au debut de la formation. D'autre part, le nombre de pratiques formelles de presence attentive n'est pas apparu lie a ce changement.
