Abstract
The article highlights the issues of innovation management in vocational education. The features of management of innovative strategies on the example of the UK, Germany, Canada, the USA, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Kazakhstan are considered. This article contains a comparative analysis of the above models, examines the effectiveness of existing systems, particularly deals with the governance structure of education in the historical aspect of the practical issues related to the functioning of a particular model of management. Relevant factors influencing the creation of effective management in education in this study examined from the point of view of the comparative education methodology. The authors gave an estimate of the modern trends in the reform of higher education abroad, affecting the domestic education system. The discussed aspects of innovation development of higher education system of Kazakhstan allow to draw conclusions about the prospects for further reform.
