Résumé L’organisation des politiques familiales et sociales requiert en Roumanie et en Russie des compétences et des appuis que la CNAF et les CAF sont en mesure d’apporter du fait de leur expérience en la matière. En effet, la volonté de la Russie de créer un revenu minimum d’insertion appelle une réforme d’envergure du système social. Pour l’institution, il s’agit moins de vendre un modèle existant que d’engager tous les partenaires dans une réflexion européenne commune.
