Abstract
Avec la popularité croissante des approches dites de gestion intégrée dans le secteur des ressources naturelles, l’importance du lien social est remise à l’avant-scène puisque l’objectif d’une meilleure intégration est fonction de l’organisation des interactions, et donc du lien social, entre les diverses parties prenantes. Cependant, force est de constater que nulle indication n’est clairement formulée en ce qui a trait aux formes optimales de structuration globale de ces interactions qui seraient à privilégier pour assurer la performance du système. Puisque le Québec peine à parvenir à une intégration totale de son système de gestion de l’eau, un diagnostic de la situation s’impose.
