Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Although the publication of reflections on the dissolution of marriage in favour of the faith has diminished over the past years, there seems to be some indications of renewed interest in the theological and canonical principles underlying the present discipline. The A. draws on canonists' experience in applying the new norms, Potestas Ecclesiae, approved by Pope John Paul II on February 16, 2001. The article addresses briefly the main doctrinal principles concerning the dissolution of the marriage bond in favour of the faith, together with an overview of the instruction process conducted at the diocesan level.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
