Une enquête par entretiens semi-directifs auprès d’athlètes de haut niveau a été menée pour mettre en évidence les positions éthiques des sportifs d’élite vis-à-vis du dopage sportif, et les systèmes argumentaires mobilisés pour les justifier. Les résultats mettent en évidence les axes symboliques qui structurent les représentations des différentes aides ergogéniques et qui permettent de définir ce qui est acceptable et ce qui ne l’est pas du point de vue du sportif.
