La industria petrolera mexicana constituia, desde 1938, un bastion nacional simbolico que las borrascas neoliberales (tan potentes en la region) no habian conseguido tumbar. Pero esto se ha acabado: mientras el pais celebra el vigesimo aniversario de su Tratado de Libre Comercio con Estados Unidos y Canada, el presidente Enrique Pena Nieto ha decidido liberalizar el sector energetico a los inversores.
