Abstract
Ce contenu est une compilation d'articles de l'encyclopedie libre Wikipedia. Une circonscription electorale est, au Quebec, un des 125 territoires geographiques qui divisent la province et qui envoient chacun un depute a l'Assemblee nationale du Quebec au moyen d'une election au scrutin majoritaire a un tour. Afin de ne pas les confondre avec les 75 circonscriptions electorales federales du Quebec qui envoient des deputes a la Chambre des communes du Canada, on utilise ordinairement le terme circonscription provinciale. Le terme « comte » n'est plus utilise officiellement pour designer les circonsciptions electorales, bien qu'il le soit encore dans la langue familiere.
