Abstract
Los principios de Montreal fueron adoptados por un grupo de expertasen una reunión celebrada del 7 al 10 de diciembre del 2002 en Montreal,Canadá. Estos principios buscan guiar la interpretación e implementaciónde las garantías de no-discriminación y de igualdad en el goce y ejerciciode los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales contemplados, interalia, en los Artículos 3 y 2(2) del Pacto Internacional de DerechosEconómicos, Sociales y Culturales, para que las mujeres puedan gozarde estos derechos plenamente y en condicones de igualdad.
