O presente texto trata de problemas do desenvolvimento do Direito Ecol�gico (�Direito Ambiental) atrav�s das seguintes fases: 1. Precisar o objetivo geral do direito ecol�gico e, paralelamente, como parte da ci�ncia e do sistema legislativo. 2. Enuncia��o dos problemas emergentes no direito ecol�gico. 3. Algumas percep��es pessoais do autor sobre o desenvolvimento dos problemas do direito ecol�gico. 4. Parte que define os elementos necess�rios para a exist�ncia do Direito Ecol�gico. 5. M�todos necess�rios para completa percep��o das rela��es ecol�gicas como mat�ria de pesquisa cient�fica e pr�tica. 5.
