Abstract
Depuis quelques années en Europe et depuis plusieurs décennies aux Etats-Unis et au Canada, la diversité croissante de la main-d'œuvre et des clients et usagers, y compris sur le marché local, pose de nouveaux défis aux gestionnaires.La gestion de la diversité regroupe des politiques et des outils de gestion qui visent à répondre à certains défis posés actuellement aux gestionnaires des entreprises et des organisations, mais aussi aux acteurs du monde politique et du secteur associatif, confrontés à l'exclusion sociale et à la nécessité d'augmenter les taux d'insertion socio-professionnelle de certains publics.Organisation du travail Stratégie GRH Culture Approche des usagers/ clients Gestion de la diversité
