Depuis quelques annes en Europe et depuis plusieurs dcennies aux Etats-Unis et au Canada, la diversit croissante de la main-d'oeuvre et des clients et usagers, y compris sur le march local, pose de nouveaux dfis aux gestionnaires.La gestion de la diversit regroupe des politiques et des outils de gestion qui visent rpondre certains dfis poss actuellement aux gestionnaires des entreprises et des organisations, mais aussi aux acteurs du monde politique et du secteur associatif, confronts l'exclusion sociale et la ncessit d'augmenter les taux d'insertion socio-professionnelle de certains publics.
