Abstract
Cet article consiste a analyser le probleme de la decolonisation representee dans L’Afficheur hurle de Paul Chamberland. Celui-ci est un poete de la revue Parti pris laquelle s’inscrit dans les mouvements anticolonialiste et anticlerical apparus a l’epoque de la Revolution tranquille au Quebec. Ainsi, ce recueil de poemes est un grand cri de revolte contre la domination coloniale des Anglais et du gouvernement federal d’Ottawa depuis la Conquete anglaise. Chamberland remet en question aussi l’Eglise catholique et la bourgeoisie qui avaient collabore avec le pouvoir colonial. Le poete situe d’abord ses poemes dans la circonstance des annees 1960 au Quebec. Cette epoque est, pour lui, celle de la liberation du joug du colonialisme et de la modernisation de la societe traditionnelle. Ce poete militant s’engage donc dans les luttes de la decolonisation liberatrice. Le poete du Parti pris fait son voyage de descente aux enfers a la maniere d’Aime Cesaire dans son Cahier d’un retour au pays natal. Au cours et a la fin de son voyage il se decouvre “negre blanc d’Amerique”. Il denonce alors la situation alienante dans laquelle le peuple quebecois vit la soumission, la depossession et l’exploitation. Avec son grand cri de colere, il s’attache a retrouver sa dignite humaine pour la creation de l’homme quebecois.
