Abstract
En este artículo se propone una lectura del poema "Picante como el ají / izɨrede-jifijɨzoi" de Anastasia Candre Yamakuri. Esta poeta es oriunda del Amazonas colombiano y se vincula al fenómeno de la poesía indígena contemporánea. Para analizar e interpretar este poema se recurre, por un lado, tanto a testimonios autobiográficos como a su trabajo como investigadora, y por otro, se acude a trabajos etnográficos sobre la cultura uitoto y a la teoría poscolonial de Walter Mignolo. Se busca reafirmar la literatura como un escenario de diálogo intercultural que permite escuchar y dialogar con las voces que desde el interior del Amazonas construyen su identidad apropiándose de una realidad y un mundo con el que han convivido siempre.
