Abstract
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) s'est profondément transformée au cours des 15 dernières années. Elle a modifié son système de conception et de production, sa culture et ses rapports avec ses salariés. Ces nombreux changements ont sensiblement influencé les attitudes et le bien-être de ses salariés, parfois pour le mieux, mais souvent pour le pire. Dans cet article", nous examinons les résultats d'une étude longitudinale sur 10 ans portant sur les salariés de la BCA, et nous développons quelques propositions sur la façon dont les entreprises et le gouvernement pourraient répondre aux incertitudes du marché du travail, ainsi qu'aux changements produits par un environnement mondial devenu extrêmement compétitif.
