Abstract
El procesado de pienso es una pieza clave de la incorporacion de ingredientes en la alimentacion animal. La aplicacion de distintas tecnologias de procesado puede favorecer el incremento de la calidad y el valor del pienso para broilers. La industria de produccion animal tiene un papel clave a la hora de convertir ingredientes de baja calidad en productos de elevada calidad y seguros para las personas. El procesado de pienso ha sido y seguira siendo cada vez mas importante en la optimizacion de esta conversion y en la mejora de la seguridad alimentaria.
