Статья посвящена анализу законодательства провинции Онтарио (Канада), в котором отражены функции и обязанности местных органов и должностных лиц, задействованных в системе «специального» образования для учеников с особыми образовательными потребностями. This article analyzes the laws of Ontario (Canada), which reflects the roles and responsibilities of local authorities and officials involved in the «special» education for pupils with special educational needs.
