Ce document décrit les étapes de développement et présente une analyse critique des outils et de la méthodologie de développement utilisée. Cette application multimédia, conçue pour faciliter l'apprentissage du contrôle budgétaire, supporte simultanément l'approche déductive, inductive et exploratoire. Les résultats montrent qu'il est possible, en réorganisant le matériel pédagogique, de supporter simultanément plusieurs approches pédagogiques différentes.
