Devant l’accroissement d’enseignants formés à l’étranger dans les écoles québécoises
\net au vu des enjeux sociaux étant rattachés à leur intégration socioprofessionnelle, les
\nchercheurs se sont intéressés à leur expérience. Cependant, peu d’attention a été portée à
\nla contribution des acteurs de la communauté professionnelle et universitaire impliqués
\ndans ce processus. Des entretiens individuels ont été conduits auprès de 14 participants de
\nces deux communautés, afin de mettre en lumière comment ils interviennent pour faciliter
\nl’intégration de ces enseignants dans leur nouveau milieu de travail. Différentes stratégies
\nde médiation culturelle mettant en lumière le savoir d’expérience de ces accompagnateurs
\nont été identifiées.
