Abstract
(1) Übersteigt am Schluss des Wirtschaftsjahres, zu dem der Wert der Deckungsrückstellung versicherungsmathematisch zu berechnen ist, das Vermögen einer Pensions-, Sterbe- oder Krankenkasse im Sinne des § 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 den in Buchstabe d dieser Vorschrift bezeichneten Betrag, so ist die Kasse steuerpflichtig, soweit ihr Einkommen anteilig auf das übersteigende Vermögen entfällt.
