L’éditeur de ces registres d’entrée de la correspondance de Nuremberg entre 1449-1457 est également actif dans l’édition des Regesta de Frédéric III dans les archives nurembergeoises. Or, il a pu retrouver dans le registre qu’il vient d’éditer plus de 100 lettres de l’empereur qui ne figuraient pas dans les Regesta.
