L’ article présente les résultats d’une première enquête sur les pratiques de gestion de la chaîne logistique dans le secteur manufacturier québécois. Trois dimensions sont analysées : les stratégies logistiques, les pratiques de gestion des informations et des connaissances et l’analyse des facteurs de compétitivité. Quelques recommandations sont proposées pour aider les gestionnaires dans la maîtrise accrue de leurs connaissances tout au long de leur chaîne logistique.
