Systematic regional (I: I 0 000 scale) mapping of lower to finely laminated, locally sulphide-rich, slate and minor middle Paleozoic metamorphic rocks, including the Meguma metasandstone, and overlies the Bloomfield member in the Group (Goldenville and Halifax formations), White Rock southern part of the area. The Bear River member Formation and Torbrook Formation, was conducted in the (Tremadocian) represents the upper Halifax Formation in the Digby-Weymouth area.
