Abstract
Au-delà des spécificités nationales, dans cette recherche nous proposons une comparaison des perceptions et des vécus des infirmières québécoises et françaises, du secteur public. Nous avons mobilisé l’entrée analytique par la profession afin de saisir la problématique de la conciliation travail-famille/vie personnelle ainsi que les mesures pouvant avoir une incidence sur l’attraction et la rétention de cette main-d’œuvre.
