Abstract
Les recherches actuelles permettent de caractériser le changement d’un business model mais n’en n’explicitent pas les leviers managériaux. Notre recherche prend appui sur le modèle 4C (Miller et Le Breton Miller, 2010) pour palier ce manque. A partir d’une étude empirique basée sur quatre entreprises du secteur de l’internet, nous dégageons les leviers de changement du business model que nous mettons en relation avec ses principaux enjeux d’évolution. L’attention portée à la mise en oeuvre du changement nous invite à proposer une vision incarnée du business model.
